BioI am an avid reader and currently I am obsessed with btvs/ats fan fiction. Many of my favorite fan fic authors post on LJ which prompted me to try an account of my own.
Recently I seem to have been bitten by the QAF Brian/Justin bug. As obsessions go, this one seems to have taken on proportions of an alarming size. I am not asking for sympathy or a rescue. I am enjoying it all very much, thank you. I simply want to immerse myself in every story written about them. I'm off now......to hunt them all down.
I love to sketch and paint. I'm not very good but I keep trying anyway. I have several small collections including decorative eggs, miniature clocks and tear vials. I spend a good bit of time at my computer every day. I enjoy many things such as dinner out with friends, and at times night clubs with live music. My taste in music is diverse ranging from classical to Metallica. I am not a fan of Country music, Rap or even Pop music, with exceptions of course. I love metal a lot, even heavy metal. I can listen to Pink Floyd all day easily, but they are in a category all their own.
I am very subjective...I know what I like and anyone would be hard pressed to change my opinion. I guess you would call that mulish. However, I would never try to inflict my opinions on anyone else. I am a firm believer in live and let live. I also believe in respect and gratitude for the hard work and incredible talent of the many authors who provide me with unending hours of reading pleasure. They are the main reason I am here at this site. They have opened my mind to endless possibilities and taken me places I could never have imagined. I salute them all.
I am not young by a country mile....but my heart and my brain will never agree to my chronological age even though I have experienced my second and even possibly my third childhood. I just can't seem to get the hang of hanging with the older thinking folks.
